The Micro max recently released its low cost tablet in the market. The main intention of the Micro max is to target the youth of India. It claims that fun book tab is for edutainment purpose. It employed 1.2 GHz processor, latest Android 4.0.3(Ice cream Sandwich) to deliver fast and instant access to internet. It has 7 inch captive screen for better display. In terms of connectivity, it has features like HDMI and USB ports and Wi-Fi support. The Micromax claims to deliver tablet with a free Tata Photon dongle. The Micromax offer educational content called Vriti, where 500 diverse course material from about 30 content publisher. The material available starting at Rs.50 and goes on up to thousand of rupees. Initially it put on availability in 50 cities only.It priced Rs. 6499/-
